There are no fees or charges to the applicant. 2. What should I wear to an interview? Always wear a suit. Avoid any clothing that is short or midriff. Be conservative with perfume or cologne. 3. What locations might I be sent to? Our client companies are primarily located in the Morris and Essex County areas. We also serve companies situated throughout the northern New Jersey region including Bergen, Union, Warren, Sussex and Passaic counties. 4. How big are the companies I might be assigned to? We serve companies from small, family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. 5. Where is Baron Personnel located? Baron Personnel is conveniently located off Rte. 10 East in front of the Powder Mill Plaza in Morris Plains, NJ. 6. In what fields do you place qualified candidates? Baron Personnel specializes in placing qualified individuals in the areas of administrative office support. Other positions include: marketing, purchasing, human resources, accounting, bookkeeping, clerical, word processing, reception, secretarial, data entry, customer service and insurance related jobs. 7. Must I 'temp' before being placed in a permanent job? No. Baron Personnel offers temp work, temp-to-hire, and permanent positions. We suggest temping first, for applicants with limited office experience.
